Current Mission: To Finish My Long Run before Work
Long Run Goal: Three Hours (about 20 to 21 miles…?)
Possible Obstacles: The gluten-free brownies and Coconut Bliss ice cream I had for dessert (three times) last night, a cranky gut, and garbage truck drivers possibly running me over.
Possible Motivations: Watching the sun rise. completing the run before the weekend, bragging rights.
