Trail Run: Cummins Creek

On Saturday  I ran a very difficult trail run with a very talented runner from Ashland. There are runs where you kick butt, and runs where your butt is kicked. Saturday’s run was the latter.

It was an 18-mile run that felt like a 22-mile effort. Never has finishing a run felt so good!

Beautiful but steep!

Totally unrelated to the run…but, don’t you LOVE your arm warmers? I’ve had mine over a year and they are so great! 😉
